Meet Chad

Chad Rabello is a third-generation real estate advisor with over $250M in career sales. He is based in Greater Nashville and Silicon Valley, specializing in luxury homes, Greater Nashville & Williamson County Relocation, and short-term rental (STR) investments.

Originally from Silicon Valley, California, Chad grew up immersed in real estate from a young age. He was a founding agent with Compass (the nation's #1 brokerage) and went on to build a thriving team that ranked among the top 1.5% of teams nationwide. During this time, he assisted families buy and sell and also helped relocate executives of Fortune 50 companies in and out of Silicon Valley. For a decade, his business has been built entirely on repeat and referral relationships — a reflection of the trust, discretion, and long-term value he strives to provide every client.

Throughout his career, Chad has worked with clients relocating from California to Greater Nashville. After helping multiple families make the move, Chad and his wife ultimately fell in love with the area themselves and relocated their family to the Franklin area. This firsthand experience gives him a unique understanding of the financial, lifestyle, school system, and investment considerations involved in moving to Greater Nashville.

Today, Chad represents buyers and sellers throughout Greater Nashville and Silicon Valley. In Greater Nashville he works on The Costigan Group’s team, leading their Relocation Division, helping inbound clients identify the right fit in communities such as Franklin, Brentwood, College Grove, and the surrounding communities.

In addition, Chad works closely with investor clients interested in Nashville STR investments, advising on zoning regulations, revenue projections, acquisition strategy, and long-term appreciation potential. Through The Costigan Group’s data-driven underwriting process, he helps clients look beyond surface-level numbers and make informed, disciplined investment decisions.

Spanning both Silicon Valley and Greater Nashville, Chad offers a rare perspective for clients relocating, upgrading into luxury real estate, or building a portfolio of income-producing properties.
